Domestic violence occurs in all cultures, against people of all races, ethnicity, religions, and classes. Domestic violence is known by many terms including wife or husband beating, battering, domestic abuse, spousal abuse, and family violence, which is a broader definition often used to include child abuse, elder abuse, or other violent acts between family members. It also takes on many forms aside from physical violence; sexual abuse, emotional abuse, intimidation, economic deprivation, or threats of violence all constitute domestic violence. According to the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), domestic violence is a serious, preventable public health problem that affects more than 32 million Americans. This number only reflects the number of cases that are reported; it’s estimated that in the United States, as many as one third of domestic violence cases are never reported.

Sisters Against Violence Everywhere was recently created by the President/Founder the group was established on Oct. 25, 2005 under the guidance and leadership of Men & Women Foundation To Stop The Violence Grand Opening celebration was on May 28, 2005 with the assistance of District Attorney Charles J. Hynes to volunteer to combat domestic violence.
Our goals consist of women of all walks of life, that focus on combating domestic violence and other major issues that concerns women, throughout the five boroughs of New York City and around the globe. We seek to empower, people of all walks of life, weather a college students or concerned private citizens who is looking to better themselves.
We work with the community informing you on many major outdoor and indoor events in all the five boroughs of New York City and around the world, organized by artists, keynote speakers etc., business owners, who believe that violence against men, women and children is wrong as the theme is "Reclaiming Ground Receiving All" cause many victims loose everything an need help reclaiming what they lost after being in a abusive relationship. Our goal is to take part in women workshops, an other community events with the assistance of other successful women and other individuals who are determined to assist in helping you overcome this struggles of this society. But everything that's starts an ends with you an your willingness to change your present situation.
This group goal is to work on a volunteer basis with the intention to create a domestic violence prevention hotline, which will be connected with 911 emergency assistance, S.A.V.E cannot become a success without the help of experienced and non experienced models an other inspiring individuals who willing to help men, women or child, overcome the abuses of society.
